World Happiness Report - FY 2015

The World Happiness Report is a journal that publishes essays and rankings of national happiness based on respondents' assessments of their own lives, which the report also correlates with different life circumstances. This project is a recreated visualization of World Happiness Report, it was a project I found out to be a interesting to work on and enhance my skills.

Data Analysis Sequence:

1. Ask:  What is the purpose of this analysis? How I can visualize data effectively? These questions were asked in order to proceed with analysis then a clear statement of project task was developed.

2. Prepare: Data has been obtained from the official website of World Happiness Report. Any bias or inaccuracies were investigated and the data's accuracy was validated. Each data source's description was created.

3. Process: At this stage, the data was cleaned, filtered, sorted, and transformed in spreadsheets in preparation for further analysis. 

4. Analyze: After that, Tableau was loaded with data for data visualization and analysis. Analysis is based how 6 key factors correlates with happiness of a country and then region/continent wise map has been visualized to present happiness score and rank of countries.

5. Share: In this phase, Analysis report is prepared and presented to stakeholders. In my case, it is being uploaded on my portfolio and presented to recruiters.

6. Act: In this phase, using conclusions derived by analysis and recommendations from analysts, required actions are taken, new strategies and plans are formed to achieve the business objective.
