Employing spreadsheet features like conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas, it unearths comprehensive insights. By examining these sales patterns, it aims to uncover trends, make data-driven decisions, and enhance business strategies in an ever-evolving global market.
Problem Statement:
You are provided with the Sales data of six different products sold in 5 countries for the year 2013 and 2014, perform your analysis in order to look into some important concerns.
Tasks:
Make rules that will alter the sheet so that it separates all of the rows based on sales performance, such as more than $30,000, between $30,000 and $20,000, and less than $20,000.
On the basis of the sales target, create an incentive percentage and feedback table.
Create a pivot table and chart, to examine product sales by country:
Which product generates the most revenue across all five countries for period 2013-14?
Which product has the lowest sales total in all five countries fpr period 2013-14?
Which product sold the most and the least in each nation in 2013?
Which product sold the most and the least in each nation in 2014?
Findings
For the year 2013, Paseo had the greatest sales in Canada with $1615517.31, and Carretera has the lowest sales with $342246.56. VTT has the most sales ($1366815.18) and Carretera has the least ($304206.84) in France. With sales of $1790278.3, Velo has the most sales in Germany, while Carretera has the lowest sales with $190685.78. Paseo has the most sales in Mexico ($1255411.96), and Amarilla has the least ($262209.29). Velo has the most sales in the United States ($1657395.55), while Carretera has the lowest sales ($64772.76.
For the year 2014, Carretera has the lowest sales in Canada ($2267957.78) and Paseo has the most sales ($599603.68). With $4777847.11, Paseo has the most sales in France, and VTT has the least, with $2444378.41. With $3956842.1 in sales, Paseo has the largest sales in Germany, while Montana has the lowest sales at $2513190.92. With $6372319.43 in sales, Paseo has the most; Montana has the least, at $1144498.77. With $5993384.54 in sales, Paseo has the largest sales in the USA, while Carretera has the lowest sales at $1775066.79.
With a total of $33011143.95 in sales for the 2013–2014 period, Paseo was discovered to have the greatest sales among all five nations.
Carretera was reported to have the lowest sales among all five nations in 2013–2014, totaling $13815307.89.
